DELIVERY POLICY

All our deliveries are via Dhl straight to your door!

Consignments are delivered to the delivery address but not necessary to the named receiver.

Please acknowledge that carriage over weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays might impact on the expected delivery time.

One attempt to deliver will be made by DHL. Thereafter DHL may request instructions from the receiver following which redelivery will be made by DHL depending upon the service selected and subject to associated charges.ie: Charges may apply after further delivery arrangements have been broken. It s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate service is selected at the time of booking with us.DHL might leave your package with a neighbour as a last result.

DHL will make every reasonable effort to deliver your item according to DHL regular delivery schedules and secure shipping but DHL is not responsible /liable for any damages or loss caused by delays howsoever arising from: Flood, Fire, “Act Of God”, Strike, lock-out or other labour dispute, Threat and/or Act of Terrorism, Malicious damage, Accident, Adverse Weather/Traffic conditions.

Note: Consignments can not be delivered to PO Box

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

All Real Hair Extensions and customised items such as Toupee, Hair Pieces, Clip-in Extensions and our Hair Jewellery ie: Tiaras, Pins, Clip In Chrystals, Etc...are non-refundable due to health and safety reasons. Unless the product is faulty and upon examination of our quality control department a credit note will be issued immediately or an exchange of item(s).

Synthetic Hair Products ie: Wigs and Ponytails as above if item returned sealed and unused in original packaging.

For All Products, customers are responsible for their own return postage cost.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation can not apply.

This does not affect your Statuory Rights.
